Dave and Heather Saunders offer you a warm welcome to the Trout Cafe, Beulah.
The Trout Cafe
Nestled in the heart of Wales, the Trout Cafe is a stone’s throw away from the little explored Cambrian Mountains, whose hidden delights include the Devil’s Staircase and the Llyn Brianne Reservoir, with scenery rivaling that of the nearby Elan Valley.

“Very nice and surprising little cafe - We have stopped at The Trout in Beulah twice now, on each occasion on the way back from a week’s holiday in South Wales. Each time we have enjoyed an excellent lunch made with fresh ingredients. ”

“I stayed here recently with a group of 4x4 owners. We were made to feel very welcome. The proprietor went out of his way to look after us. Food was excellent and a good selection of beers. I will definitely be staying again. Really good value for money.”
